Review:
Lake Louise Hard-Sided Campground is a large campground situated on the Bow River. On the other side of the river is the tent camping area, which is fenced in to protect it from bears. Although we were basically “in town,” it didn’t feel that way in the campground, which had large, heavily-wooded sites.
Our site was very large with plenty of room to pull through. Sometimes a neighbor would park in the same opening, facing the other direction, but there was still lots of space. This campground is electric only, and there was a large dump station.
The road through the campground was rough with lots of potholes, but the site itself was fairly level. We would definitely stay here again if we wanted to camp near Lake Louise.
