Review:

Okotoks Lions Sheep River Campground is located south of Calgary and therefore is a good place to stay when in the Calgary area. 

The campground is fairly small and sites are very close together. The campground was very full while we were there with lots of families and children. Our site was on gravel, with sinking grass to step on to get into the RV (because it rained a lot while we were there). 

There are many stores and shopping centers close by, so this is a convenient place to restock on a long trip. The campground itself was not that remarkable, but we were not there very much because we were visiting with friends in Calgary.

We would probably stay here again if we were in the Calgary area, but only because there aren’t really other options.
