Review:

This is a huge campground on the outskirts of the town of Banff. The provided route through town to get to the campground was not good–it would be better to go one more exit and take the Tunnel Mountain exit either coming or going from the campground.

Our campsite was fairly level, pull-through, parallel to the road, on gravel. Sites are large and well-spaced with brush and trees between them. Though we heard some train noise, it was not as loud as at Lake Louise. 

This campground is close to a view of the Banff Springs Hotel and the Hoodoos Lookout, where we saw elk.

We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Banff.
