Review: The campground is right on the Colorado River, but you only have a little bit of access to the river itself. It would have been better to pay $10 more for a riverside site. 

Our site was fine in terms of size and leveling, but it was just a lot of gravel and dirt. There was a sewer smell when we were outside. 

Bathroom and pool facilities were very nice and clean. We had to cross back in California (to Blythe) to get a few groceries at Albertson’s. There’s nothing in Ehrenberg. You can only walk a little ways along the river, but it was a pretty walk.

We got gas at Pilot outside Quartzsite, which was the cheapest, and easy to get in and out.
