Review: Though we did not camp here, we drove through the campground to get a feel for whether we would want to stay here, and the answer is YES!

There are a number of full hookup RV sites at this county campground, a few with views of the lake.

On the map below, the yellow sites are full hookup (from #1-121), and we especially liked the 12-34 section. Site #16 had an old telephone pole that acorn woodpeckers were using to store lots of acorns. Sites 91-111 seem fairly close to the water.

Blue sites have electric and water, but sites 170-176 had no shade, and it was a rough road through there, so these were probably the closest to the lake.

Sites were large and level and it was not crowded when we drove through after Christmas.

We would definitely stay here if we came back to the Santa Ynez Valley and Lake Cachuma.
