Review: Getting to this campground was not easy. It’s a very windy road, and quite bumpy in places. We were advised not to take the Englishtown ferry because we would probably drag going off and on, so we drove around St. Ann’s Bay.

It’s a lovely drive and it’s good if you’re not going too far that day because the drive is very tiring and there were a few stops for construction.

Having said that, this campground within the national park was good. Full hook-ups worked well. The sites are not huge and there are not a lot of trees for privacy, but it’s still a pretty area surrounded by trees. Best of all, you’re in close proximity to the Cabot Trail, great hikes along the coast, and town amenities (e.g., gas, liquor, restaurants).

We would definitely stay here again if we visited the national park.

Sorry. We don't have a picture of the campground, but this is taken nearby.
