Review: Sites are level, asphalt and concrete pads. The sites are a bit tight, but everything was clean and seemed well organized.
There is a Holiday World RV Supply store right across the street which was helpful. You can also walk to the historic town of Mesilla, where Billy the Kid was sentenced to hang.

We might stay here again if we were passing through Las Cruces. It wasn’t amazing, but good for one night.
