Getting to the campground was a little confusing.  We entered from the North entrance, but you can also enter from the East, off 71.  The roads in the campground are narrow and not great, so go slow.

Our site was a back-in, very long and quite level.  Sites in this campground only have electric hook-ups, but there is a dump station at the other campground (Bear Paw), which we did not use.

The sites are large and surrounded by grass, great for spreading out.  The campground was less than 2 miles to the Mississippi River headwaters and the bike path is accessible from the campground.

Lots of families in the campground and children riding their bikes.  We thought this was a great state park campground, and we would stay here again if in the area.
