Kejimkujik/Jeremy's Bay Campground

3005 Main Parkway, Maitland Bridge, NS   B0T 1B0

Date Visited: June 2019

Site: #180—BACK-IN, ELECTRIC ONLY, 30 AMP

We paid: $35 Canadian per night (plus pay a daily rate for the national park)

Review: This is a lovely campground nestled in the forest, close to a lake, hiking/biking trails, and very quiet and peaceful. Be warned, though, the little black flies and mosquitoes love this place. You will need head nets and bug spray just to set up camp.

Sites were level with ample gravel (looked like it had been recently added). The campground road had some potholes that definitely need attention, but otherwise, we liked this campground a lot.

Note that you also have to pay a daily rate to enter the national park (that is on top of the campground fee). We bought the Canadian Discovery Pass for a Family Group, so we could enter multiple national parks over the course of the trip (good for a year).
