Review:

This provincial park campground is located right off the Cassiar Highway and right on Kinaskan Lake. Site #8 was a lakefront site.

Even though this campground does not take reservations, we were able to get lakeside sites at 3:00 in the afternoon (midweek).

Because there are no hookups, we pulled in head first to give us the best view of the lake. I didn’t see any pull-through sites. Sites were varied in size, but most were definitely long enough to accommodate our 31-foot rig and tow vehicle.

Sites are on gravel and fairly level. Each site is separated by lots of trees with plenty of space and privacy between sites. There is a trail that goes partway around the lake, though the rain kept us from doing much walking.

We would definitely stay here again if we drove the Cassiar Highway.
