Review: Northern Lights RV Park is one of several RV parks in Dawson Creek, BC, within a few miles of Mile 0 of the Alaska Highway. Co-owner Annette is very friendly at check-in, and their procedure is clear and helpful. Though the park was crowded when we arrived because of a caravan of 25 RVs, we got lots of attention from the staff.

Sites 2-4 (where we and our friends were placed) were quite short, so we used the extra site for our cars. Normally we would probably have been placed elsewhere, but they were just too full on this Saturday night in early June.

The sites were level gravel with a bit of grass in between. Not much in the way of trees or privacy, but perfectly adequate. Our friends said the bathrooms and laundry area were very clean. They don’t allow you to wash your car or RV on site (which is true of most RV parks), but otherwise, this was a great experience. We would definitely stay here again if we were in northeastern British Columbia.
