Review: If you’re coming from the north, GPS devices may direct you through Silverton, but this was a very curvy, rough way in with extremely narrow roads. We should have stayed on I-5 to Salem, and headed east on Highway 22 to the 214. This would have been so much more pleasant when driving the motorhome. Even though it’s a few miles longer, it would probably be about the same time, because the other way was so slow.

But once we got here, the campsite was great, with plenty of room, lots of shade, and right next to the creek. We biked and hiked to South Falls from the campground, and then biked quite a ways through the rest of the park.

We would definitely stay here again, and would like to come back to hike to more of the falls.
