We have not stayed in Watchman Campground, but we visited it while we were in Zion National Park.
A and B loops have electric hookups (no water) and are well separated with lots of brush and trees. Deer were found throughout the campground and the roads and sites were on newish asphalt.
The campground has great views of The Watchman and is close to bike paths and hiking trails. We would definitely stay here if we could get an electric site.
